• You must comply with applicable laws when using the App and must not use it for any wrongful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes that negatively affect our systems.
• All your learning data and settings are stored on the device you are using. You are responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your device to prevent data loss or unauthorized use by others.
• The App is available to learners of all ages; however, if you are under 13 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Content provided by Xiangqi Trainer in connection with the App — including the user interface, graphics, logos, source code, integrated engine, and bundled manuals — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any of this content in any form without our prior written permission.

Some classic xiangqi manuals in the App are provided for study purposes; use within the App does not transfer ownership of the underlying works to you.

3. User Content

• You may submit feedback, comments, or other content related to the App. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of developing and improving the App.

4. Pro Services / Purchases

• The App may offer advanced features (Pro) through one-time purchases or subscription plans. Pricing and billing periods (if any) will be clearly displayed before you pay.
• Subscription plans (if applicable) may automatically renew. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play.
• Refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies, depending on the platform you used to purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption, be error-free, or perfectly meet all of your individual requirements.
• The chess engine (Pikafish) and manual data are provided for training support; we are not responsible for competitive results or decisions based on content in the App.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being updated on the website or within the App. You should review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
